Changes to OOOOa and OOOO Regulations

On June 30, 2021, President Biden signed a joint resolution from Congress that negates the 2020 changes to OOOO and OOOOa regulations. This could have some major changes for oil and gas companies with facilities required to comply with OOOO and OOOOa regulations. One of the major changes is that the LDAR inspections for subject facilities have gone back to Quarterly Inspections, starting immediately.
