James McDaniel
Project Manager, CIT, CSP, CHMM
James is the project manager for JAKD Solutions. He has over 16 years working in Environmental, Health and Safety, with 14 of those years being in the San Juan Basin. James has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from The Ohio State University in Natural Resources, majoring in Environmental Science, and Associates of Science Degrees in Occupational Safety and Construction Safety from San Juan College. James has achieved certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT) and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). James has also received a certification of completion of a NORM surveyor course and has completed Radiation safety Officer (RSO) training. James has extensive experience in safety training, SPCC, spill response and remediation, and Optical Gas Imaging (LDAR). James is a certified OGI camera operator with over 6 years of experience with LDAR inspections.

Mat McGuffey
HSE Technician
Mat has over 10 year of oilfield experience, working for Haliburton and Multi-Chem for numerous years in the Four Corners. Mat has experience in business management, owning several small business in the Four Corners area. Mat has experience with hazard communication, hazardous materials management, safety training and development, and transportation. Mat has earned a Certificate in Occupational Safety from San Juan College, and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management with a minor in Occupational Safety. Mat is a certified OGI Camera Operator.

Bridget is a certified OGI Camera Operator and has experience with JAKD performing audio, visual and olfactory (AVO) inspections and Leak, Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections.

Logan Drake
Calibration & HSE Technician
Logan is a certified OGI Camera Operator and has experience with JAKD performing audio, visual and olfactory (AVO) inspections, Leak, Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections, and weed spraying. Logan also performs meter calibrations, orifice plate inspections and gas sample collection.

Leo Reyes
HSE Technician
Leo has over 6 year of oilfield experience, working on Rigs as a rig hand and rig operator. Leo has extensive oilfield knowledge, having worked as a roustabout, rig and rig operator, and mechanic. With JAKD Solutions, Leo has experience performing audio, visual and olfactory (AVO) inspections, lease operation, weed spraying, rig safety oversight, equipment inventory, sample collection and Leak, Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspections. Leo is a certified OGI Camera Operator.
