H2S Certification Training
Employees working in areas with the potential to contain Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) are required to receive certification training in H2S Awareness and Safety. JAKD Solutions can deliver H2S Safety training to keep your employees certified and up-to-date with OSHA H2S training requirements.
Lock Out/Tag Out Training
The OSHA standard for the Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout) is outlined in 29 CFR 1910.147. JAKD Solutions can delivery training for your employees detailing the requirements of lockout/tagout, including the written program requirements, energy isolation, and the proper procedures for lockout/tagout activities.
8-Hour HazWOPER Refresher Training
This course is designed for workers who have completed the initial 40-hour or 24-hour OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HazWOPER) Certification. OSHA’s requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.120 require workers receive an 8-hour annual refresher in order to maintain their 40 or 24-hour certifications.
Confined Space Entry Training
This training will cover the requirements listed in OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.146. This training will cover confined space entry procedures, differentiating between a permit required confined space and a non-permit required confined space, completing a confined space entry permit, and roles and requirements associated with a confined space entry.
Excavation and Trenching Competent Person Training
OSHA requires that trenches and excavations be inspected daily by a competent person. This training will provide employees the information needed to identify soil types, determine shoring and sloping requirements, and to recognize trenching and excavation hazards.
Fall Protection Training
This training discusses proper procedures that must be taken when working from heights, and outlines the requirements of both the OSHA Construction Standard and the OSHA General Industry Standard. Training will cover recognition of hazards associated with working from heights, proper fall protection equipment, and the responsibilities of the employer and the employee regarding fall protection.
Fire Prevention and Protection Training
Train employees on the procedures that should be taken in the event a fire occurs, as well as how to recognize potential fire hazards, evacuation methods, and how to use a fire extinguisher. Training can be delivered with or without hands on fire extinguisher training, depending on your company’s needs!
Blood Borne Pathogen Training
Employees who have the potential to become exposed to blood borne pathogens in the workplace are required to be trained on the hazards associated with blood borne pathogens, and how to protect themselves from those hazards. JAKD Solutions can provide certification training for your employees who could be exposed to blood borne pathogens during their regular work activities.
First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Training
Ensure your employees are ready for action in the event an emergency occurs. JAKD Solutions can provide your employees First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Training to meet OSHA and NFPA requirements for isolated work areas. JAKD Solutions can provide certified First Aid/CPR/AED Training that is certified by the Red Cross, or Medic-First Aid.
